Across three vibrant days, AIME delivers the forum for connecting with a wide range of buyers and exhibitors, brought together with a collective spirit of curiosity and desire to do great business together.

Our curated Hosted Buyer Program ensures that the buyers who attend Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event are ready to do business. Our bespoke pre-scheduled appointment system will align over 14,000 meetings, matching buyers needs with the destinations and services on offer from over 400 exhibitors.

A Hosted Buyer is a senior decision-maker who regularly plans or commissions meetings, events, conferences or incentives either locally or globally and has business to place in the region.

BUYER MEETINGS

THE PRIMARY FUNCTION OF AIME IS TO CONNECT THE RIGHT BUYERS WITH THE RIGHT EXHIBITORS.

AIME Hosted Buyers commit to attending 32 pre-scheduled appointments over two days

Using sophisticated software, buyer’s needs are carefully matched against exhibitor’s unique products, services and capacity.

On 25 November 2019, buyers will set their meeting preferences so that we can align the needs of the Buyers against the services and destinations of the Exhibitors. All contracted Hosted Buyers will have 60% of their diaries pre-scheduled with matched appointments.

From 20 January, diaries will be opened to schedule the remaining meetings with desired Exhibitors.
